Our typical process for providing a service, from first contact to completion:
First contact: The customer contacts us by phone, e-mail or via our website. We collect the first information: type of service requested, location, possible emergency, etc.
On-site evaluation: We plan a free visit (or, as the case may be, a remote estimate) to evaluate the work to be carried out. This allows us to analyze the trees, security, access to land, and discuss customer expectations.
Clear and detailed quotation: After the evaluation, we provide an accurate, transparent and non-binding quote. We explain the stages of work, deadlines and costs.
Intervention planning: Once the quotation has been accepted, we agree on an intervention date that suits the client, taking into account weather conditions and technical constraints.
Completion of the work: On D-Day, our team intervenes with professionalism and security. We use suitable equipment and respect the surrounding environment.
Cleaning and end of construction: After the work, we carry out a complete cleaning of the site: cut wood, branches, sawdust, etc. The place is made clean and secure.
